Piranhas and Bananas is a story about self-expression, empathy and listening. Unpredictable, vibrant and fun performances explore children’s rights through our trademark physical comedy, flights of fancy and the joy of silly noises.
Flip Flop has a new job at the zoo. She is the new banana feeder for the (vegetarian) piranhas. Flip Flop has great ideas about how to improve life for the fish and run a happy and healthy place. If only someone would listen!Undeterred, Flip-Flop takes matters into her own hands and shows that even the most unexpected heroes can make a difference.
What To Expect.
Piranhas and Bananas is a highly interactive performance and children are invited to actively participate and make choices that shape the outcome of the story. It’s a way for children to experience that their ideas and options matter and reinforces key messages in the show; everyone has the right to express themselves and be heard.
